I burned out twice before I finally understood what was actually going on.  The first time was as a Physical Therapist in my 9-5.  The second was when I was running my own cookie business.  Two very different lives and yet... the same outcome. 

When I burnt out for the 2nd time, I set out on a mission to understand what actually causes burnout.  

That's when I realized burnout isn't really about how much you're doing or not having enough time.  

It's about HOW you're operating underneath it all

You can change your job, your schedule, or your environment (like I did)...but if the internal patterns don't change, the cycle repeats.  

When I got master neurocoach certified & started studying the neuroscience of habits, I learned that burnout has a lot more to do with our subconscious need for self-protection than it does with how much we have on our plates.

And when those needs go unaddressed, even the most gifted, high-performing women end up in one of two places: pushing through burnout as “normal”… or walking away from what they’re here to do. And that breaks my heart because both are a disservice to ourselves, it is a disservice to the communities and people we are called to serve.

Aligned Success was built from that realization. Because changing what you do doesn’t change how you do it. But changing how you do things can change everything.
